The Customer is NOT always right

Regardless of what you have learned at your job, the customer is NOT always right…especially when YOU are the customer.

This holiday season is going to be hectic. There will be long lines, dreadful crowds, and busy traffic. Consequently, this means you will run into a lot of angry faces, impatient people, and frustrating situations.  At some point, YOU will find yourself standing in the customer service line.  YOU will be the one waiting too long at the check out register. YOU will be the one who missed the good parking spot.

Be careful not to take your frustrations out on the employees in the department store. Don’t act like the customer who is “always right.”

Remember who YOU represent this Christmas season! Have mercy, show kindness, be patient, forgive, encourage, affirm, tip well, and most of all…SMILE! :)

As a customer, you might be the only Jesus in the store today.
