Pt. 2 – Light
This is Part 2 of our Christmas in 3D video experience for Students at Generation 1:9.
Our goal was to present the message of Christmas in a non-traditional way. We wanted to be different. So we decided to film the Christmas sermon and make a 3D “mini-movie” out of it. The 3D element didn’t turn out as great as we hoped for, but for 6 amateurs with some video cameras, we did a pretty good job!
This is how the evening flowed:
6pm – Students began arriving and hanging out, making themselves comfortable with hot chocolate, cider, etc.
6:20 – The Justin Warren Teseniar Band began a song “let it snow.”
6:30 – After our 3D hosts did a short skit, we handed out the red/blue 3D glasses and began the worship experience.
7:30 – Several students were saved!
After the worship experience, we had a huge party with Christmas desserts, music, etc. It was a blast!
